It is a special line for the Command and Control Centre of the Public Security Directorate. The line receives all citizens’ complaints, including family violence cases and violence against children in complete confidentiality and privacy to protect the victim and the reporter. A 911 application that can be downloaded on smart phones has also been launched recently and provides assistance and support services for violence cases

110 Helpline for Families and Children
is a hotline service provided by the Jordan River Foundation (JRF) to respond to child protection and safety issues. This line provides service through specialists in the field of child protection with complete confidentiality and around-the-clock availability. The provided services cover three areas: specialized counselling, psychological support and counselling, and referral to service providers in cases of violence against children.
